Returns Policy

Our website has been created to provide you with as much information possible about a product to help you make the right choice.

Please choose carefully and if you require further information about a product please do not hesitate to contact us before making a purchase.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

WHAT can be returned?
Due to hygienic reasons and the nature of some of our products, we cannot accept exchanges/returns if you have simply changed your mind. These measures are put in place for the safety of our customers and their pets. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All claims MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of order. No returns or exchanges will be accepted outside of this period without the approval of Get Flocked

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Our return address will be provided to you once a Warranty, payment or return dispute has been lodged via the Resolution Centre.

HOW to create a claim?
Please utilise the Resolution Centre which is located in your Account Summary, after you have logged into Get Flocked

SHIPPING return cost?
Original shipping rates are non-refundable. Postage for returned items is to be paid by the buyer. We may charge additional postage charges for any replacement we send out, this is at the discretion of management and subject to the reason for return. 

CREDIT for returns?
We will credit your Get Flocked account to be able to use on our website. We may also issue a refund (less any bank processing charges).

Packing materials?
Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition in original packaging. We will not provide warranty or replace any item damaged by misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorised repair, general wear and tear or any other alteration not in the control of the supplier.
