Delivery instructions & expected delivery time frames
We offer a reliable and affordable delivery service right across Australia. At this stage, we do not offer any service outside of Australia. Orders take between 1 - 12 business days for delievery, depending on the destination. As a general rule, Metro orders are usually received within 5 working days and up to 12 days for regional and rural areas. During peak periods (Christmas) these timeframes may be extended up to 21 days.
How much does shipping cost?
You can check the cost of postage on a single item by using the shipping calculator within the product. To check postage on an overall order, simply place all your items in your shopping cart and enter the postcode of your shipping address on the shopping cart page. All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars and freight costs are payable in addition to the product/s price.
How will my order be shipped?
We like to give our customers the option to choose the delivery option that best suits them. Whilst most orders are shipped with your selection, we may change the delivery option if we think another option is more suited to your location. Any additional costs incurred for us doing this, will be worn by us. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages. All orders will be delivered during weekdays and generally during business hours 8am-6pm. If you have any special delivery requests, please ensure you enter these in the delivery instructions comment box. We will try and accomodate all special requests where we can.
What happens if I am not home?
Authority To Leave - In most cases all parcels will be delivered with authority to leave. Please ensure your shipping address is either your work address or an address where someone will be home.
Australia Post delivery: Depending on the type of shipping option you choose we may either leave your parcel in a safe location or have it delivered to your local post office for you to collect if no-one is home to receive it.
Couriers: If you are not home when the courier attemps to deliver your order, a calling card will be left. The card will contain contact details of the courier company to arrange a suitable re-delivery day. If for any reason you do not contact them and/or they are unable to contact you, the delivery may be returned to us after two attempts. If returned, we can arrange another delivery (at an additional cost to you), or we will arrange a refund of the order value less any incurred delivery costs.
Our system will automatically notify you when your order has been shipped and provide you with relevant tracking links.
